Protecting your information is a core part of how Divorce Decoded is built. This page explains where your data lives, how it is secured, and the controls you have over it. For how we collect and use your information, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Where your data is stored
Your account data and documents are stored with Supabase in an Australian region (Sydney). Your information stays onshore and is not moved outside Australia.
2. Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Connections between your browser and our platform are secured at all times.
3. Access controls
Access to your data is restricted by row-level security policies enforced at the database level. Only you can access your own documents and conversations. We do not share your content with any third party except as required by law.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details on our own systems.
5. Your control over your data
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing help@divorcedecoded.com.au. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Limits of security
We implement industry-standard security measures, but no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and keep your account credentials confidential.
7. Reporting a concern
If you believe your account or data may have been compromised, contact us immediately at help@divorcedecoded.com.au so we can investigate.
