It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. All information is general in nature and does not account for your specific circumstances. 2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this platform. This platform is designed for use in Australia or for matters subject to Australian family law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with another person.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Free accounts are available at no cost. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Bulldog) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Contact help@divorcedecoded.com.au with refund requests.

5. Your content

Documents and information you provide remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not share your content with any third party except as required by law.

6. Automated guidance
